I was trying to draw Mr Tweedy -the character from "Chicken Run"- I guess I messed it up

Drew it with a pen.. applied "Halftone pattern" photoshop filter on it.. and that's it.

But I would like to know; How do you make the text small??? I can make italic, bold and underline, but how to make it smaller..?
